Is someone still making/selling this upgrade?

You can still get Jen Schoenfeld's A602 1Mbyte battery backed Trapdoor RAM (http://bboah.amiga-resistance.info/cgi-bin/showhardware_en.cgi?HARDID=1758) which has a clock port.

They are fairly useless on an A600 as you need an accelerator to use almost everything which connects to a clock port.

last time I checked they were out of stock at vesalia and amigakit.

Those are not the only two Amiga shops in the world ;-)
