Title: DPS TBC version 1

I won a DPS TBC-IV off of eBay. When I got it, it was actually  TCB version 1 with a TBC-IV manual, not an actual TBC-IV.

I've done a quick search online and can find manuals and drivers for all of the other models, but not this one.

Does a TBC-1 actually need drivers? If so, anyone out there have a driver disk? Links to a manual for it?

And, get this, if you tried to get your money back because the item was misrepresented, they won't give you back your shipping. Jerks.
