Title: EDO RAM on accelerator?
Post by: Akira on May 01, 2008, 11:58:19 AM
Hey people,

I am on the lookout for some more memory for my A1200.
I got a 030 accelerator, actually, this one: http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/mbx1230

I found some RAM modules, allegedly for PS/2 and running in a Pentium, but they are EDO. I remember reading somewhere something about EDO RAM but I couldn\t find anything searching the forums.

Do you think this RAM should work OK?

Thanks in advance,

one 72 pin SIMM socket accepts 128 MB 40-80 ns RAM

edo is 60ns generaly so they should be just fine.
