Queen's day?

Edit -Ahh, Queen's Day :-) (http://www.dutchamsterdam.nl/78-queens-day-in-amsterdam) Must be nice to feel so patriotic you actually want to celebrate your queen

I think it has little to do with patriotism, it's just an excuse/opportunity for having a party.
Btw. celebrating christmas doesn't make you necessarily a devote christian

Aye :-)
I was with a few friends from scouting. I like it when we are with few. It was very 'gezellig' (transates something in the line of cozy, in nice companionship). Enfin, we were aboard our ship. Our ship was in the canals of the inner city, and there was a lot to do in the city. We sang alot aboard

Hmm, I also think it has been fairly quiet of late. I'm a guilty party in this regard. I just don't offer up any engaging thread topics at all.

So often, I'm so drained from work, it is all I can do to enjoy other people's threads.

Additionally, I have a strange feeling of longing for the unattainable each time I think of this site: I want to be using a damn good Amiga for all my modern computing, though all I am left with is nostalgia and some resentment.

All the pleasant memories of Amiga, just lend weight to the resentment, and although I love this coffee house forum, I often don't approach my visits here with a genuinely positive attitude. So, then, the engageing topics often just don't seem to flow to the surface.
