Hi to all,
I have mounted the card in a Mediator PCI busboard (nothing else apart a Picasso II card) in an Amiga 1200 (there also a 1230 + SCSI kit with 128 Mb total).
The Amiga starts with no problem with OS3.9...
When I try to start the setup program the Amiga hangs!
When I try to start the card nothing happens!
First question: does the card work with an A1200?
Some hints?
I have connected only a floppy to the card (obviously I have the floppy chip)... the card has 16 Mb and I do not use any of them for the Amiga.
Thank you

The only thing I know is you must disable the CPU Caches on your 030
CPU NODATACACHE NOINSTCACHE should do it....

I doubt that a goldengate card can work on any A1200 busboard...

Yeah...i never read thatclosely enough...since when does a Mediator have any ISA slots?
I wonder if he has one of them PCI single board computers? :-/

Oh!!! Uff... made a mistake... I do not have a Madiator, but a Micronik busboard! A Micronik PCI A1200 v5.44...
I cannot even use part of the card memory as Amiga memory.
1. the card is not working (I think the memory sharing is only a HW matter)
2. the A1200 cannot work with such a card...
Uff... I could try it on my A3000... I will have to (I do not want to mount it in the A2000 since I have to remove the CPU and is quite time wasting... :(
