Title: Which should I buy?

at www.digilentinc.com there is a board that has a Virtex chip on it with two PPC's.  On www.xess.com there is a combo board with a Xinlix chip with a million gates.
The first cost 299.00 us academic and about 1600.00 US industrial.  The second costs about 400.00 US.
