I need help with recording videos with WinUAE. I tried using Hypercam 2, but the resulting video just shows a black screen while the sound is in the background.

But when I followed the lo-res settings (the better quality settings slows down my computer), the game screen was somewhat mis-aligned. I'm trying record a video of Super C. I kept retrying and at times, the video was there, but the sound was about 5 seconds ahead.
Could someone please help me with this?
