Post by: Xanaa on April 02, 2008, 01:24:32 AM
Hi,

I have a 2000 that I saved my files off another Hard drive.
Prob. is ALL the files went into 1 BIG Drawer over 300 megs !!. What is a easy way to sort out this mess? I have Disk Master 2 . any ideas on how to sort this all out?
Thanks,
Xanaa

need more information as to what you're trying to sort out.

DiskMaster 2 is a good start.

I think what he's trying to say is that all of the files went into one directory instead of preserving the directory tree structure.

If this is the case you will have to manually have to move all files to their relevant location.  s: c: devs: l: libs: etc!  Good luck!!!

Didn't it keep the structure inside of that drawer? I've done it many times when moving information back and forth.
