Title: How to change setup prefrences in CGFX V3?

I foolishly setup CGGFX V3 with the bootup screen but my system boots so fast that the picture just flshes on the screen and just irritates me.

Silly issue, I know.

Delete cgxbootpic.library from Libs:

 I think there is a tooltype about this in the icon information window of your gfx card driver.
