Does anyone remember The Comic Book Creator?
Do you know if it is still around?
I have found what looks like a win version of it.

Do you mean Comicsetter?
Thats available for download if you find the right sites as well as the clipart packs

This was 1991 and it had a picture of some Marvel comic like characters. You maybe right, I do not know.

It was also given away free (complete with manual) with either CU Amiga or Amiga Format. I still have it somewhere......

I have a copy recently buyed on eBay but don't use it cause my A500 floppy drive is a bit old and weak so I don't have a chance to get it running until my Amiga 1300 arrives again at home.
Is a very respectable program and useful for all artists or comic maniacs out there.

That sure looks like it.
It has been a while and I did not use it much when I bought it. This was 1991.

If you search for it you can find the ADFs for it and they will run off the harddrive
