Title: Help me remember this game

i remember playing this game at my friends house on his new C64. in the game you were a little kid whose main mission was to piss people off, In the game you were walking on the main street and you could go inside stores and apartments to do some little tricks.

Sounds like beavis and buthead on the megadrive :lol:
It wasnt on the C64 though ..  :-)
