Hi,
I've got a brand new LG 48-speed CD-RW drive for my PC, and the latest version of Nero 5.5. I have tried to burn a CD for my Amiga A1200's CD-ROM drive, but all the filenames are truncated to 8 characters and a three character extension when viewed on the Amiga. Oddly, the full filenames are displayed correctly when viewing the same CD on the PC. I have tried playing with the settings, but can't get it to work on the Amiga. What NERO settings do I need to use?
Thanks in advance!
Steve.

Go to the options, disable Joliet and enable ISO9660 level 2 (level 1 is 8.3 format, level 2 is 32 letters upper case). If you find an option to not convert file names to upper case, enable this, too.
Another possibility is to use a file system on the Amiga which can read Joliet CDs like CacheCDFS or AsimCDFS.
Bye,
Thomas
