I've just changed my internet security suite to Panda 2008 and when doing a complete scan it has detected the threat "Trj/Banker.BXT". What is worrying is that the location of that infection is AmiKit. Is this really a threat or is Panda making wrong assumptions ?
:-? :-? :-?

Could you please specify the exact archive (download location) and the supposedly infected file inside the archive?
-
The scan just reports the location as being c;
-
c:\program files\AmiKit
That's the Amikit install directory. The program really doesn't tell you which file is infected?
-
I've checked the report and this is the exact location:
Virus detected: Trj/Banker.BXT antivirus scan 06/02/08 21:19:32 Disinfected Path: C:\Program Files\AmiKit\AmiKit\Internet\AWeb_APL\Docs\Advanced\htmlmode.html
