Merlancia buy the old MCC desing from Amiga Inc times ago.

Now Merlancia want to create an Amiga/MorphOs machine with that design.

Legal?  :roflmao:  :roflmao:  :roflmao:  :roflmao:

Sorry.. around AmigaInc even talking about legal is such a big joke it's health threathening...  :-(

Seriously.. AmigaInc does not even hold registered trademark to name Amiga anymore.. Nor could they afford to sue Merlancia IF those ever released such product. -- But the good thing is, it's allmost 100% sure it'll never happen anyway..

Fragmentation of the name should be fun... I wonder how long before I can buy an Amiga IBM-compatible PC...

>How can they legally call it an Amiga?!

Don't know exactly but AFAIH they did not only bnuy
the name but also got the right to use the
name "Amiga MCC" for their products.

Nevertheless I  doubt Merlancia will ever sell such a
thing.
