Evening all, I'm taking my A500+ to a user group on Saturday, and I'd like to show a few old school Scenedemos on it, just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for me?
I know of a few good'uns like Desert Dream, Jesus on Es but there are a lot I haven't heard of which are probably really worth a look.
Cheers,
Robert.
P.S Anyone had any experience using WHDLoad with a stock 68000? I have a GVP Series 2 with 4mb fastram.

there're loads of great ECS/OCS demos which made amiga what it is today. You should really show state of the art and technological death IMHO. check here for ECS/OCS, anything with vote > 4 should be great.

whdload on 68000 is fine, unless the game/demo requires 68020.

Major Release by DaJormas is my new favourite on A500 to show on parties! It's fairly new for a500 demo, released at The Assembly 2004, and it has all your favourite effects from old a500 demos in one production! With little bit of modernization :) Check it out from http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=13022 for example.
Then couple of "must see" oldschool demos, which are entertaining even today and even for non-sceners :)
Arte by Sanity
http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=1477
State of the Art by Spaceballs
http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=99
And my newly found classic which I've missed in the old days, but fell in love just recently:
Batman vuelve by Batman Group !
http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=2967
Then there's lots of technically great a500 demos, but they might not be as entertaining as those I mentioned for most of the people nowadays ;)
