 HI there,
up for sale is a Video Toaster 4000 board.
i bought it for my amiga only to find out it is a NTSC model.
No software is included.
80 euros
like new condition!
shipping for europe and USA is free.

I think you best bet would be to redesign your house and equipment around the NTSC system.
