Title: Help ....PLEASE

I've been away awhile (many months).
The last few times I've logged on I keep getting
a Pop-Up nag.

It says ..........

at the top "Download file"

then ..........

File ............. Defalt

Server ..........  dg.spicificclick.net
         
Type  ..............  application/octet-stream

etc.

etc.

What is this about and how do I get rid of it ?????

any help will be greatly appreciated

Sounds like Spyware.

use "SUPERAntiSpyware" you find it at "the pirate bay" ;)

Well I've just done the obvious thing of Googling dg.specificclick.net, and it is spyware which seems to operate through a tracking cookie, which might explain why it is instigated when you log in (because it operates a cookie). Try running some anti-spyware software then clearing your cookies.
