Title: what's a 4000T worth these days?
Post by: charmfx on January 13, 2008, 04:39:48 AM
so I've heard a few 4000T owners thinking of selling their machines lately...

some have toasters, some have flyers, some have assorted other boards...

what's a 4000T worth these days...say, if in a stock or near stock configuration.

Quikpak system came with

- '060

- and most maxed out the ram so it should have 128-142megs

- 1-4 gig hard drive

- DD or HD floppy drive

I've seen 4000Ds go for $350-700 recently on ebay depending on what was in them.

..the tower is a rarer beast and has the room to make life easier.

just wondering...

Whatever the buyer is willing to pay, and the seller is willing to accept.  Not a cent more or less than that.

I have an A4000 in a Micronik Tower, with a big Zorro daughterboard.  Paid £480 for it about 8 years ago.  Plus about £60 postage from England to Northern Ireland (I think i`m the ONLY person in Northern Ireland that`s used an Amiga since 1995.  We ALL used to have them, but now, nothing...
