I hope this isn't against the forum rules, but does anybody know the user ZXoney (http://www.amiga.org/userinfo.php?uid=13869) personally? I bought something on ebay from him more than a month ago, and the item never showed up and I never got any reply from him. Looking at his ebay profile, I saw that others like rkauer obviously have the same problem.

I quick search also turned up that he is registered in several other forums with the same name and it looks like he stopped logging in in all of them about 6-8 weeks ago. This makes me think he's not trying to rip people off, but something different must have happened. Does anybody here maybe know him personally and can tell us what happened?

 I bought (and pay for it) an Apollo 040 accelerator from him. Never received it!

 And it was almost three months ago! Neither a track number for the postage (he had told to me the post office don't have the number...).

 Argh!

I started a paypal dispute a few days ago, but I didn't hear too many good things about it. Does anyone have experience with it? And did you get your money back?
