Title: I found.... Ibrowse 1.2x
Post by: arnljot on December 27, 2007, 06:18:14 PM
It's christmas, and I'm celebrating it at home up north with my family.

This is my loot from the attic:
A Blizzard 2030 with RAM
Art Effect floppies with serial number (version 2.x)
Ibrowse floppies w/manual, floppies and serial number(1.2x)

---

So my question: Can I legally anywhere on the net upgrade my 1.x to 2.4?

I used to own 2.x, but I have no idea where those keys are...

The ioSpirit store still has account information available for iBrowse.  This will ONLY be available until December 31.  I just checked and my downloads are still available for 2.3 and 2.4.

You might want to check out ioSpirit and grab it before its gone forever...

I didn't buy my Ibrowse 2.x from them, I think I bought it from a UK or sweedish site online... :(

I bought all three browsers, Voyager, AWeb and Ibrowse... Well, it's not a big deal since I'm not going to use OS3.1 or OS3.5 or OS3.9 much for web.

I'll keep an eye open for a BPPC, and if I get one get OWB and OS4.

Ibrowse 1.2 was offered on some Aminet CD with a special upgrade offer by its time. Still a simple but fast browser for amiga that i used for some years.
It works very well with amiga.org :-)
