Ok its that time of the year already, so what did we all get then eh!
I got a 40Gig HD for my PS2, 4 gig USB pen, 1 gig USB pen.
Laptop tools Kit, 500 Pressit Labels, 100 DVD discs, 100 CD slim cases, and other stuff. (no socks this year)

psp slim tmnt, cars, scooby doo. was combined with birthday from my old dear! thanks ma. dallas series 7 (pricilla presley fan.) motorised cd resurfacer thingy. get those scratches out. from my sister. pyjamas. 4 ps2 games. an elvis an avril lavine calender. a watch pen wallet set. a funky bright green pink and orange t shirt!!! (cuddly toy...) i also sent for a dvdrw for my t21. a dvdrw for my 3rd pc under desk a hd 80gb for my dp01 (a good upgrade.)

2 weeks of (unexpected) holidays, and I'm planning to make absolutly NO use of them :-D

I got a Amiga 600 with 80MB HD ,2MB RAM , Joystick, Mouse, PSU, RF Cable and a bit of software.
And a iPod touch 8GB , £100 and clothes.
Oh and this cool chair i can connect to my iPod so the chair plays music (via built in speaker) and it has great sound quality

A box of chocolate covered cherries (I hate chocolate covered cherries)
giftcards to various stores
that's about it. My son on the other hand got the Wii... I know what daddy'll be doing when he goes to bed at night. 8)

I got 1 pair of socks, 100 DVDR's, a Nintendo DS, a new Laptop (now just need to get damned Vista off of it), and a giftcard towards a Nintendo Wii when they're back in stock around here. :-D

I got a stack of CDRs, another stack of DVD+Rs (I don't have a DVD burner yet!), and a large dehumidifier for my basement.
Also bought myself a Buddha Phoenix controller :-D

I got Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End movie DVD, an electronic tire pressure gauge and two large boxes of Nestle Turtles chocates.
And I got to call out a furnace repair guy to replace a burnt out fan motor on our furnace (heating system). It croaked about 6 AM Christmas morning. Good thing it was only about -4°C ouside. ;-)

The Miami Dolphins finally a game, I got my most important gift.
On a computer nature, I bought myself a 1581, Jim Butterfield ML book and some 8bit odds and ends.

Computer Stuff: Sound Card with Midi Port on (so I can now play TOCA RAce Driver 3 on my PC again - replacement Mobo didn't have a Midi Port for the Steering wheel), Firewire card so I can edit video of the family (same issue with Mobo).
Doctor Who stuff: Dalek Tin (with sweets in), Box set of novels, TARDIS phone flasher (flashes and makes a dematerialisation noise when your mobile is about to ring).
AMIGA stuff: Well, not really a present but on my last day at work I suddenly had an urge to play Alien Breed: Tower Assault, so I came home, got it from Dream17 and played it in WinUAE. It was really wierd - it must just have been a memory triggered by something - I got ABTA just before Christmas when I was 17 (13 years ago!) and NEEDED to play it again.
Finally, a day late but: HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

I was amazed to get an expensive DAVRO boomerang (http://www.davroboomerangs.com/) from my tight fisted brother. But I threw it and it went back to his house :bigcry:
OS4 Classic Version, Lexmark printer to which I can Bluetooth photos from my N95 and have them printed out at 6" x 4", radio controlled helicopter (now grounded due to damage and injuries), Vicky Clarke Xtreme professional grooming kit, Braun Oral-B Sonic complete.
(those last two have me wondering if my family aren't trying to tell me something :inquisitive:)

I got a thank you card from the Postie, for the Paulaner Salvator I put in the mailbox as a BRIBE to BRING ME MY OS4 CLASSIC which still hasn't arrived..
And I got two small bags of mixed nuts, because, as I was told, it represents all my in-laws.
Oh and I did get some very expensive Fischer XC skis, matching boots, and some One Way poles (though I would have preferred Exels), but this doesn't count because even though it came from her technically I bought and paid for it.
I did get a hug from my sister too which is a very drastic change from the past couple years.

I WANT ONE! Oh! That gives me a million dollar idea...! Too bad I don't have the ambition to build and market it....

Got the kids a Wii with some games, the wife a shiny new laptop...
For me... I received mostly fishing gear, outdoor clothing which I will be using for my ice fishing trips this winter, a few movies, some specialty coffees and a French press (coffee maker).
But most importantly, I got to spend Xmas and Boxing Day with my family (and yes... my in-laws) and we had a wonderful time together.

I got some DVD DL's (10), a Few CD's ( Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush - What's Next & Real Live, Triumph -Just A Game, Gamma 4, Carmine Appice Project), Some sox :roll: , $55.00 in iTunes gift cards, A talking Darth Vader statue 8-) , and a Phillips portable DVD player with 8.5 inch screen, SD card reader and iPod station built in . . . :hat: :bow: :popcorn:
And probably 10 extra pounds from all the food . . . :lol:

Cheerful-end-of-year-celebrations-wise I got myself a EasyADF package from AmigaKit (thanks, works like a charm!) and I spent my christmas days sifting through a large pile of donated C=64 things, drunk and visiting relatives.
I can't imagine anyone having had more fun than me :crazy:

I have to figure out what to do with the random pile of commodore 8bit stuff that is adventuring throughout my house, I suspect sticking it all in a box and donating to anyone keen enough to take it will be the most likely outcome, a lot of it was rather flaky the last time I tried any of it though.

Oh, and my race car is out of the shop about 2 weeks before Christmas so that was another surprise :)

@ MagicM, same here I think, although it does sometimes become too much even for me.
In all seriousness I got Terblorone (whntever it's called), some manly related clensing product, 2 DVD's, a VHS (!?), a small diary + pen, 2 shirts and a bit of money on the side.

Lots of goodies, but the strangest thing I got was this little USB powered dog that humps (seriously!) the side of your laptop. My mother has a very odd sense of humor.

I got the music from the Korean movie "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring", which is very beautiful... Yes I do watch 'foreign' movies, and I do like 'em a lot :-)

Well, we do not get presents at Christmas, we get 'em at Saint Nicholas day. (5th/6th december; I got my present back then)
Nevertheless I had a great Christmas, seeing all the family again... Christmas as Christmas should be :-)

I re-cased 2 DS's for my kids (the cases were seriously battered). I got the cases from ebay for £8 each, cheap, but a fidley job and no mistake......grrr...pass me the swear box. :lol:

We got a PS3 "Correct hard disk not found error", A now binned microwave but on the good side we got a Wii (made it in time), Carnival Games, Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles, New xBox360 arcade console, dreamcast with games off of ebay, $100 voucher, a new microwave to replace the broken one, wii zapper.
Even my 70 year old mum was playing the Wii on christmas. Kind of says something about the concept.

When I see ppl in the 2nd/3rd world working, I often wonder what we actually deserve/earn. Especially considering our debts....
I have my own problems to deal with. I dont concern myself over 2nd/3rd world countries or anyones debt other than my own.

It kicks arse!!! The Wii is such a fun console.. I noticed the soreness also. We played for about 6hrs the first day we used it. LOL!

Orange box is cool, at first I thought portal would be aload of rubbish but after HL2 its the best game on the set. EP2 was abit disappointing but still wasted afew hours of my life :-D and theres a hack that allows you to put the portal gun into HL2 :-o

Well I got an 80GB Playstation 3 for the kids which will move to the living room to double as my Blu-Ray DVD player when they're back with their mother in FL. I got a 24" widescreen monitor/TV, a mint C128 with floppy drive, a HDMI module for my plasma TV, the remastered Star Trek original series on HD-DVD and these (because I'm a sad sci-fi fan at heart):
