Title: Minimig v1.1 - Bill Of Material Listing

I know that there has been a few threads on this Minimig bill of material list before, but I'm about ready to take that leap and place an order for my parts, and I would like to get some feedback on this BOM before doing so.

What I have done is basically took the work that Plaz posted on 10/29 and compared, and combined the information from Dennis's BOM, and then created a Excel spreadsheet with part#(linked to vendors website),quantities, pricing, board placement.

If I could get anyone who has built, or is preparing to build a Minimig and would like to review/comment on this BOM I would appreciate it greatly.

Revision Info 12/22/07 - I have been updating this BOM as changes warrant it.  I have just included the Crystal for NTSC display and For more information click HERE. (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=30550)

The BOM is nice.
It would be nice to place the link to the BOM file on the MiniMIG Open Circuits website.

Thanks jkonstan,

I would like to get a thorough review of it first, before posting it elsewhere.  There are few more things I would like to do to keep its updatability intact (i.e. pricing, backorders).  But, I will certainly share this work with others like Open Circuit.

Apparently this is a very tired topic, so I do apologize for my redundancy on this subject.  Just to update those who are pondering the idea to build this fantastic little board, I have placed my orders with Digi-Key and Farnell.

 I have updated my link above which has a spreadsheet of what I have ordered and their associated costs.  There were a couple of items on backorder that would not be available until mid-January.  

Digi-Key had 95% of the BOM, so I'm pleased with that.  I used Farnell for the MMC card connector, and I went ahead and purchased through them the PICkit 2 Microcontroller    Programmer.  

So, it looks like late January before I have everything to complete my Minimig.  I would like to create a thread to allow folks to post their Minimig assembly stories.  Maybe, this will encourage those who are waiting for someone to build them one to go ahead and do it themselves.
