If you didn't have an internet connection, then the Amiga is a perfect every-day system (for the guy who said it cannot be used as an everyday system). Since you need a web browser, he is partially right. Like me you could use it as an every day system except for browsing (let's hope a decent browser one-day comes out), for that use a second computer on the same desk... either a Mac, a Linux machine (if you don't want to buy/pirate Windoze) or a Windoze machine. I'd recommend a used Mac G4 or a used Mac Mini as they are VERY cheap, just make sure it comes with OSX rather than OS9 or older.
