Title: Want to port linux applications to aros64
Post by: nikodr on December 15, 2007, 12:19:04 PM
How easy would it be to port existing applications to aros64?If i have the x86_64-all-sdk packages installed is it then just a matter of configuring gcc to produce elf64 binaries for aros ?I would love to compile applications from sources and make something more for aros.Just downloaded the 64bit version of it for use on an amd athlon64.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good starting place if you've not found it already:

http://aros.sourceforge.net/documentation/developers/porting.php

Not sure about 64bit, but you'd probably ask in AROSland or this guy:

Good luck
