Title: DrawStudio EPS images not visible in PageStream.
Post by: Ral-Clan on December 11, 2007, 07:10:15 PM
When I export a drawing from DrawStudio as an EPS (Encapsulated Postscript}, and import it into a PageStream document, all that is displayed is a bounding box.  PageStream does not render the image.  This is strange because there are some Adobe Postscript images that Pagestream is able to fully display as vector line drawings.

I realise that during printing, pagestream will indeed print the EPS image, but for display purposes it just shows the bounding box.

Just wondering how I can get pagestream to display the EPS on screen so I can actually use it during graphics layout.  Kind of hard to do artistic work on a bounding box.

I realise I could import the EPS into ImageFX and covert it to a bitmap, but then I'd lose the whole advantage of vector graphics: resizability.

It seems kind of useless if DrawStudio can export structured graphics but the format is not visible in any other Amiga graphics program to do subsequent work on.
