Once I've have been asked by UPS 350$ for delivery of a package which failed to clear customs. I went to airport myself and got the package instead (took me 3 hours). since then I hate UPS with all my heart.

for future reference, anyone have suggestions on a reasonable shipping method from the U.S. to Europe? or other?

Don't worry, I'm not one to back out on a contract. I'm good for my money even if my stomach is not. I'll just have to work some more overtime during Christmas.

Unlike the nitwit in Germany which will take up to 2 mths to get my A4000 KB....... :-D
