Can somebody do me a huge favour and email me a copy of the Workbench extra's disk in .adf format please ?
It's the only one I dont have in my collection - I own all orginal disks in the 3.1 Workbench set but unfortunately I have no means to which to convert them to .adf - so I have found/aquired the bulk of them - I just need the extra's disk to complete my set, and thus be able to install workbench on WinUAE. If anybody doubts my claim I am quite willing to scan an image of all of my orginal disks, however I'm hoping somebody will trust my honesty!
Thanx,
Daz.
my email is : darrenol@hotmail.com

I'm pretty sure you don't need the extras disk to install WB. If I remember correctly, all you really ever needed was LoadWB to get WB to run. In any case, there's nothing special about the disks themselves. All you need is the files off of them. Why not just transfer the files over and put them in the proper directories?

;-) Bundled with WinUAE is an Amiga program called TransADF (or similar, check the docs.) This will allow you to make .adf files from nearly any Amiga disk.

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question (hehehe what I'm famed for!) but dont you need a catweseal to them read the Amiga disk inserted in the PC with the appropriate .adf files? I dont really wanna spend the money on such hardware just to read a couple of adf's!
