I thought the cookbook looked a bit tacky as anything like this for the CD-I gets very little if anything. But the Defender of the Crown must get something half decent as the floppy version alone fetches a fair but.

Not rare but the Defender of the crown will get a few bucks for you.  The others...prob not much tho.
