Hi i considder to part away my BPPC 210. 040@40mhz and a bvision. I want to wait too 5 desember though as i can test os4 before i get ridd of it. I want a Blizzard 1260 "no ram needed" and a 1230 scsi and also a scandoubbler in for the trade .. I just want to leave the amiga 1200 in the standard case and the Apollo 060 i have can not be used in a 1200D, only in tower ... Interested ? please send me a PM Oh and yes Os4 will bundled with the cards if i decide to trade ....

Shouldn't you wait to make up your mind before you make swapping arrangments with people? What if you decide you like OS4 so much you don't want to trade?

last time I checked Blizzard 1260's were going for $500, which is similar in value to yout bppc, scandoublers are hitting $250 on average, scsi modules $100-$150, that's a fortune right there.

You have a point but i would first like to see if there is any interest in this kind of trade .. As for os4 i am not sure. The thing i like to do on my amiga 1200 is to play whdload games . Classic demo etc i can really not see the use for os4 unless it lets me use Whdload and hardware banging apps meant for os 3.x.
*EDIT* i suspect a BPPC will be to expensive if os4 gets out later this month even compared to those numbers ..

Is that because of the 2 memory sockets (one above, one below) ? Just curious - don't have any accelerators to know better :-(

Yes my Apollo 060 has a simm socket on top that hit the a1200 keyboard And also a cpu socket that build higher as well as a heatsink due to the overclock

I didn't believe it, but a Blizz 1260 just went for $535 on US ebay. That means a 1260 + RAM and SCSI Kit could potentially set you back $700. Absolutely insane. (Of course the USD is somewhat worthless now, which has to factor for something.)

welcome in the Amiga world :-)
1260 is worth it though, nothing better than small A1200D + accelerator this fast.

Ok i deside to upgrade my BPPC to 060.. Besides a 060 BPPC with Bvision is suprior to a plane 1260...I also have a SD\FF in another amiga that i may use...
