Hi all,
On my Amiga 1200 set up, TurboCalc 2 and 4 both work well.
How ever using Amikit 1.4.0 it just freezes Amikit out.
It just will not run.
I can not find an answere to this.
Has any one else got this problem.
And also on a previous thread the Icon bars on both Ignition and StarAMPlan do not show only the the boxes with nothing in them on the left hand side of both programs.
But on my Amiga 1200 all TurboCalc 2 and 4 and Ignition and StarAMPlan all work well.
No matter what I do I cant find what is the problem here.
I had no answers before, so I am hoping with luck here on this one.
TIA.
Mike.

I could be wrong, but the first thing that flashed in my mind after reading your problem is: datatypes!
at least about the iconbar problem, I think you should check what type its images are and install a different datatype than you already have.

Yes I did think of thta, in Amikit 1.4.0 I would have thought it would all display properly.
But as I say on my Amiga 1200 they all work as they should do.
I shall check my datatypes though in case, I may have one on my 1200 that I don`t have in Amikit.

Ok the Datatypes seem ok in both my Amiga 1200 and on Amikit.
I also ran StarAMPlan V2.2e and the Icons on that in Amikit are all good.
Its the above version to that V3.1 that gives me problems.
Same as Ignition.
But all other proglrams that I run on Amikit all Icons in those ran ok, no problems what so ever.
I just cant track this down.
I did notice in the past with Amikit V1.2 that this problem did not accur, So I am thinking is it the AF-OS bit?

Ok here is what I just done, I renamed the Folder in StarAMplan V3.1 PiKtProgramme to OLDVERISON___PiktProgramme.
Then copied the old version from StarAMplan V2.2 over to StarAMplan V3.1 and the Icons show up.
SO Ok so far the old Icons show up in StarAMplan V2.2e and V3.1.
So its the Icons but I cant track what the exact problem is here.

Try running SnoopDOS and see exactly what it's doing.
