gav: do u have a RTG board? :)
mem specs and type of cpu please...
anyway u must install rTG master , as it only work in AGA (which u dont have) or in RTG , so
on the cd there is RTG MASTER , install this but i would recomend u using a newer version, hopefully someone can help u with a link.
(on aminet maybe?)
then u need to select 8bit modes in 320x256 or 640x512 (IIRC) ...
hope this helps for now...
anyway grey screen and on rtg normally means u have used to much GFX MEM allready (ie out of mem)..

I had this problem also, which I solved by disabling both Executive and MCP in Exchange. Don't know if it will work for you though.
To be honest, I wouldn't bother trying to play it, this game sucks big time :-D

i read AMIGA 3000 and not vodoo3000... sorry..

and i love napalm...a nice game...
slash it was u who was working on a operation counterstrike game right? , how is it going....hmm i might be mixing yer nick with a friend on irc though .

White phosphorous, old boy. That'll get your napalm working a treat once it gets exposed to the air ;-)
Disclamer : playing with white phosphorous is extremely dangerous and should only be attempted by senders of spam email....
Serously, I never got Napalm to work properly on my system (040@25MHz + 64MB, BVision / CGX 4.2)
Any ideas?
