I seem to remember him saying he was escaping to Switzerland, anyone heard from him?
-
"search and you shall find"
:sealed:
"The 99 names of God"

@Metalman
Yes, I already searched and found out where he had gone, hence saying about him going to Switzerland.
The question was what had happened since then?
-
He's still here. Different name..... ;-)

@Boot_WB
Nicholas last posting (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=25172)
solve the riddle for your answer

So he's banned :-(

Wow, never had a problem with the guy myself, but there you go.
Didn't see the sig, so can't comment, but I think Wayne is reasonably balanced in his moderation, so it must have been pretty bad to have triggered being banned.
Ah well.

I don't want to generalize, but I guess it was this kind of ironical attitude English ppl often have, which Americans do not understand.
He had a second account (or, well, his first account; MDMA) because he wanted to break up with his past.
In this case he solely used that account to show he was an Aorg regular, and not just a political/religion spammer.

There was nothing offensive about the sig, it was only evangelically religious in nature. The debate about Nicholas signature should have been in CH/Politics, where he requested those questioning his sig move the debate. His new account name was only to show his break with his past due to his religious conversion and reforming his life.

Alas gone, but not forgotten. I daresay I'll see the guy at the next Curry Night if all goes to plan :-)
Though he had a knack for the controversial, IIRC he actually was banned for posting from duplicate accounts at the time. I'm not sure that the sig in question is the one metalman is referring to (I can remember one making quite a stir), but it is a while ago now so I don't exactly recall.

@Karlos
Pass on my regards.

Will do. Which reminds me, I better see if he's free around Eid :-D

EDIT...
On second thoughts, if you can't say something nice and all that.

Damn. Guess I should visit here more often.

Hello there!
SufiDhikr's avatar is of political nature, please ban him permanently.
(/me tries to make a point)
Seriously now, he was a nice and helpful chap. It is awful that he was banned without being warned. And the accusation about having multiple accounts is faulty. He let us all know that he (nicholas) used to be MDMA by opening a thread about this.

Thank you for the kind words, I try my best. :)
It seems the same bloke that got me banned back in 2006 also got me banned for 24hrs just recently for the same reason, he doesn't like my politcial beliefs.
