I think the owner might get upset about that one. Besides you can download it for free. Might be best to edit it off your list.

If it's a secondhand legitimately purchased copy I don't see a problem. Team 17's stuff is all free now but original copies are still traded on the private market.

This is a legit copy and I know it can be downloaded for free but some people always prefer to have an original copy to hand.

Why should someone be upset for someone selling a original copy? Alot of amiga games have been released for free, even though they once were commercial games. It would be idiotic if one could sell/buy second hand boxed copies, considering that many people find original and boxed games much more valuable than a simple copy.
