This is the first release that features TCP-Sockets. It should enable you to run small-scale servers or tools that get data from the net. A few examples are included, demonstrating the socket and serversocket - functions. However, please don't expect tomcat to work just yet!!

pre-alpha 0.0.0.0.0.4

 :-P

What's that version number mean, the website's been put up? From the look of it it seems they could have been a little bolder in the version number, maybe remove a few zeroes :-)

Cool that it's breathing though. Wonder if it will work on all Amiga-like OSes?

I guess it's either a joke  :-P  or maybe the last 3 or so numbers represent the version of important parts or progress on milestones... I dunno. Maybe they will upload some documentation explaining their versioning system. :-)

I guess they're just making it clear that its a *very* early version and not to expect perfection from it just yet.

I would think so T_Bone... It says OS3.9 and 4.0, so in theory... it should work in the other places you could use 3.9 stuff.  But we know how that goes sometimes!
