Wanted: Firepower Boxed Game With Manuals
Will pay up to $60.00 plus shipped if its 100% complete and boxed.
Please PM me if you want to sell...
-
Jeesh, at that price I am really tempted to part with mine.
It did not come in a regular box though, it is in a cardboard envelope instead.
I am sure you will find a seller soon at that price.
Oh yeah, it is a great game, good graphics and sound with lots of fun, one or two player, and IIRC, you can also play via null modem cable against another player, instead of sharing a split screen.
-
I bought this game when I lived in Germany, but as I'm away on a business trip until Thursday I can't verify that I still have the box. I'm don't want to sell my copy (if I still have it), but if you just need a scan of the box and manual then I'll be willing to help if I can (for free).
-
Bump...
-
I'll take that as a "no thanks" then.
-
I do appreciate the offer... But I am really looking to buy a copy...
-
Have you tried hitting gametradezone?
edit: heres a tradelist with a copy:

No problem, I was just trying to save you $60. I guess you must collect original games. :)
Good luck hunting for it.

Anybody?

I used to play it by regular modem against someone across town. Fun to make red splats when you run someone over. :destroy: :destroy: :destroy: :destroy: :python:

@weirdammi,
Yeah, try not to run over your own troops when they are running to your tanks or you will make more of those red splats.
-
OK... Somebody give it up!!! There has to be a real boxed copy out that somebody hasn't used in a while...
-
Not giving up on this somebody has to have one...

Amiga/ST Format, Issue 1, April 1988, p.56 (http://amigareviews.classicgaming.gamespy.com/firepowe.htm) says:
Unfortunately it is restricted to those with Hayes compatible modems...
Whine whine whine.

Come on give it up... You guys are tighter than a school girl on prom night... I know somebody has got it...
