Title: WTB: SCSI 50 Pin Cable
Post by: hamtronix on September 13, 2007, 05:48:11 PM
Hi I need a SCSI 50 Pin cable. Preferable with the connector for the board followed closely by the connector for the first device (2 - 3 inches) and then about 12 or so inches to the next 50 pin connector and then terminated or more connectors. I would be willing to spend in upwards of 1 - 2$ plus shipping for this cable. My A2000 is a little crowded now!

Amigakit can make up a cable in any configuration you want. You would have to ask them for the price though. There are also SCSI cables on eBay.

Since the minimum spacing of SCSI connectors should be no less than three times the stub length (distance from cable to interface chip), you shouldn't space them closer than ~12cm. When using any longer stubs on your bus (max. 10cm), you'll have to space them accordingly.
