Title: Selling Amigas 2000, 3000...
Post by: sdyates on September 13, 2007, 02:39:41 AM
I really have far too many Amiga things and need to slim down. I'd prefer selling to local folks as it avoids shipping. I have the following for sale:

* Amiga 2000 with 68030 board and opal card
* Amiga 2000 OS3.1
* Amiga 3000, sounds fine, just won't boot
* External SCSI 2GB hard drive with lots of stuff on it
* External SCSI CD rom
* Hundreds of disks
* Several 3.5 floppies drive 1010s
* Commodore 1950 monitor
* several 1080 monitors
* Various keyboards and mice

I will sell separately or as a group. Would prefer one person to take it all though, leaving me with my trusty A500.

I live 30 minutes outside of Toronto and am willing to demonstrate any of the hardware.

How much are you asking?  I know a guy in Toronto that might be interested.

@sdyates

I am in the GTA and am interested in A3000 stuff & possibly a spare monitor. Is this a stock A3000?

The A3000 is stock: has 6MB, OS 1.3 and 3.1. However, it stopped booting the other day, thought he hard drive sounds fine. Not sure what happened. It booted for a bit and then stopped. There might be something loose.

How much?

Well, make me an offer. There is some great stuff here. I left out the frame grabber, genlock and other goodies.

Honestly, I am trying to get enough to get a Mac Mini.

My number is 905.656.0125, just ask for Simon.

Shame that 3000 won't boot. I'm looking for one.
