I am curious to know how many people have actually built and are using a Minimig, aside from the designer himself.
I am also curious to hear what difficulties these Minimig builders encountered during the assembly and testing process.

I think your jumping the gun there. I believe the PCB Production run is still in progress *havent heard anything lately*, so it would at this stage depend on individuals who are able to manufacture their own pcb's independently
One thing for sure it seems hard to find the SMT 68k MPU's unless u buy in bulk (36 or so units) from America.
oh well back to bathing my A500......

Bah, who'se waiting for a production run? I'm partway done designing my own.

D'oh I would etch my own pcb, but atm I dont have time to ring around locally (Australia) during the day for stock of the Freescale 68k MPU. Considered redesigning the board to take the orignal DIL package of the 68k, but the other weekend I saw how freakn big it was.
Lol anyone wanna help me source parts from overseas, I'll trade my soldering/assembly skills

Jumping the gun....you're thinking of OS4! Release an OS for non-existent hardware!
