Title: Minimig - how to access/swap disk images on the memory card?
Post by: jahc on September 08, 2007, 03:35:17 AM
Is there some sort of on screen menu for choosing which games you want to load off your memory card?

I'm just wondering how it would work, if you had e.g. 20 games on there..

Hi,

These pictures (http://www.amigaforever.com/news-events/20070816minimig/) should answer that!

Thank you! That is cool. It's very primitive, but looks really functional and easy. I like!

I gotta grab me one of these in a few months when dudes start manufacturing ready to use machines.

Another question: Is the memory card filesystem limited to 8 character filenames? or is it just shortened in the onscreen graphical display?

It's FAT (apparently it doesn't support VFAT long filenames?). That'd mean 8+3 names.
