Searching for random Amiga 3000 things on the 'net I stumbled upon this ad on New York Craigslist:

Sounds like a nice collection...

Yeah that's a good deal. Too bad he wants a Wii. I am not willing to part with mine. ;)

Buy a new one and give that one to him? If he lived near me I'd drive over there instantly.... I mean, $300 for the whole lot? That's almost for free :-) (he's got 2 A3000s!)

I have two A3000s and four A500s as it is so I am not in need of anymore. This collection is a nice have but I wouldn't drop 300 on it. If I had some gear he wanted and at the same time was trying to get rid of I'd make the trade. Otherwise I would not.

If I was in NY I'd be all over that :-D

Man those Core Duos get hot!

I saw photos. A lot of yellowing on the 3000s :(

Craigslist is quite often a good source of Amiga hardware. I guess that could depend on where you live, but I know our area has quite a few Amiga listings.

I'm in NY but I must have been asleep and missed out. I bet he sold them already. They'll be on ebay soon. :/

wow.
Just like when we were roaming the halls in our Boinged clothes, all together now:
I'M HENRY THE EIGHTH I AM, I AM I AM, ...
(I know that's not the regular words, but after the bathtubs of beer in people's rooms, that's what we sang)
