Looking for an A1200. Willing to pay a fair price. I won't give specific dollar amounts, but let's just say that I'd like to keep it below $200 if its possible.

Didn't we just have this same thread with the same poster?
-
Only I was looking for an A500 hard drive at that time. Do you have an A1200?

Yes, I have one. Not for you, though. I see you've still got the same polite and respectful attitude as in the last thread. As you may recall, the last thread began with you asking for an A500 hard drive and you were told by several people that it would be easier, cheaper and better to get an A1200 instead. Specific sources for getting one at the price you wanted were listed. As I recall your response was to hurl insults and get the thread locked. Now you want the A1200. Well, the answers as to where to get are the same as when you were yelling about not wanting one.
Can some admin please lock this thread now before BGary335 starts acting like BGary335 again?

Thanks for your help murple. Although your attitude doesn't seem exactly flattering either, so I wouldn't want to do business with you either I don't think.
If anyone in here can drop what happened the other day and move forward like a decent person, I'd be happy to do business with you.

I hate to say it Gary, but you might not luck out and get a 1200 for $200. I could be wrong and did just remember that someone was selling one on eBay for just over $100 with a 1 GB HD.
I got a tower with a 20 GB HD, an 030 at 50MHz accelerator and 32 MB Fast RAM for $375 plus shipping. I did the same thing you did and looked up the prices on AmigaKit. If you can wait a bit, you might find something, as I did. Otherwise, buying from AmigaKit is not a bad option.
BTW: had I known, I might have sold you my A500.

Gary was already given several ways to obtain what he wants (though at the time he rather insultingly told everybody he doesn't want an Amiga 1200). Now that he wants one, he ought to just go back and read the information he's already been given rather than start this crap up again. I have the feeling this guy is a little bit of a troll, rather than someone seriously looking to buy stuff...
Doesn't this forum software have an "alert moderators to this thread" feature?

What is wrong with you murple? I'm not doing anything wrong today. Get off my back already. If the moderator needs to be alerted to anyone right now its you.
Yes, I do want to buy stuff. No, I am not a troll. I (unbeknownst to you apparently) have been coming to and actively participating in this forum for almost a year now.
