Post by: Miloo on August 30, 2007, 12:27:02 PM
Im waiting for my CSPPC, can i do a clean install of os3.9 on the attched scsi hard disk as i dont want to use the ide harddrive?
I have a os3.9 bootable floppy with cd drivers but does it contain the relevent libraries to use the '060?

I'm sure you can but if you have OS3.9 on the IDE hard drive, why not just copy it across onto the Ultra Wide SCSI hard drive (well that's what I did when I got my CSPPC :-D).

I've only made an Emergency-Disk from an A4000 with 060 myself. My disk does indeed have '68060.library' in the Libs drawer. I'm not sure if it would be put on a disk created in an Amiga with an 030 or 040, but you could easily just have a look with Dopus or by opening up the disk and looking in the Libs drawer yourself :-)
