Title: more ntl problems

Both me and one of my mates are having trouble with ebay and yahoo you can log in on yahoo but can not view your email and with ebay you can bid but cannot look at your acount and newly listed items are not displaying .My mate steven says his brother can log in with his detail on ebay with no problem .thing is the dam email has had no problems for over a week you just cant browse the web properly. :-?  :-?  :-?

I use ntl bb service and can view those websites fine (check email etc), try one of those NTL proxy servers HERE (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.walker/cmtips/trancache.html#ntl).

Just to add NTLs email servers are a joke and their news servers would be unusable if no one posted par/par2 files.

I quit using NTL mail mothns ago. I now use Hotmail instead.
Many people would argue hotmail being worse due to junkmail and viruses but I've found it quite good.

Plus on the Amiga you aint gonna get viruses are you cuz theyre written for Windows!  :-P

My mate steven phoned them up and they said it was there fault my email is ok .They said to enable proxy and enter this for address 62.253.96.4 and port  8080 they reckon it will take 4 weeks for them to sort out the problems this has solved it for me .
