Does anyone know what happened this ? there should be new version of that game
News 16.12. said: The Amiga version left in duplication to be marketed for the first time a little before Christmas (2006)

I also found that there is unofficial port for various platforms, it's based 3DO version of game.

I think you misread that - the news post is describing the game's historical release, sent to the duplicators a little before Christmas, 1991.
A WinXP re-release is downloadable from the website, I remember reading that an enhanced Amiga version was to be included with Amiga Forever.

To my knowledge, the enhanced version supplied with Amiga Forever is exactly the same as that played on my A500 several years ago, with the copy protection removed.
I may be overlooking something however, and would be grateful to hear confirmation if this is the case. ;)
Kind regards,
James

Even though the updated graphics are pretty nice for 'programmer art' (Eric would probably be fuming at that label) the background graphics aren't really the standard I would normally pay for nowadays. Really would have preferred a better illustrator to do some nicer airbrushed looking backgrounds, rather than some hacking with layers in photoshop.
Despite my griping... its only 8 USD, and the controls are a damn sight more responsive than through WinUAE (or perhaps even a non-emulated Amiga) which might actually make the game more playable. Will probably buy it soon when I have the time to play it.
