how i can amp2  mpeg demos run perfectly in
my setup.. bppc233 +voodoo3200 128mb ram.

i almost try everything... i only get about 12-18fps.
320*200-16b.. and aga mode in ham8 is a bit
faster.. i also have eide99 to speed up disk speed.
can anybody help

Are you using fullscreen? If not, try it or try using overlay.

i m using fullscreen and window.. but theres is no
diffrense in speed...!!!!!

and overlay on or off.. no diffrence.
it is weird if aga is faster than voodoo.  
i have latest mediator updates.

That's because 320*200 16bit requires 128000 bytes bandwidth whereas 320x200 HAM8 requires only half of that (64000). Mediator bus is only slightly faster than chipram bandwidth, especially on phase5/dce hardware. Broken hardware (wrong bus timing) such as Apollo accelerators give faster mediator bus access.

Yes, in simple terms, AGA is faster.
