Title: 1Mx1 18 pin DIP?

I am looking for one 1Mx1 18 pin DIP for a SupraRAM 2000 card, I have 15 chips and need one more to populate a 2MB bank!  If you have more I am also looking for another 16 so I can max out the card!

I'm pretty sure I have a couple of those somewhere - but I don't think it's worth sending them over from Germany, is it?
