Title: cyberstorm mk ii firmware update

At the end of the cyberstorm mk ii manual it says there were plans for an upgrade.

Apparently motorola were going to build a 66mhz 68060 cpu and an upgrade was going to be available by phase 5 which consisted of a 66mhz oscillator, socket and a firmware update, does anyone know or have this firmware update?

Nope nobody does, and firmware is not needed for 66mhz ops.
