Hey,
I bought the Voodoo 5500 from maxmouse he had posted here with other stuff. The transaction was great!! it was shipped out quickly and with bonus items to boot. The box came with the 5500, Opus 4.0 with box and manual, powerDVD and Pc Doctor software!!!
