I have a Samsung D900 mobile phone on Vodafone and i'm quite happy with it. However I'd really like to use ports to connect to irc rather than http proxies which seem to appear and disappear like nobodies business.
I have GPRS to browse the net, is there some other function I need to have Vodafone (my network provider) switch on to get IRC working.
Also are there any better clients than WLirc?
