Title: July 26: Vote On Kent City Center

According to local newspaper there will be a vote on the new Kent Cinty Center on July 26. What is the result of this vote?

If Amiga Inc did not pay for the naming right, can Kent City / DA sue Amiga Inc?

Last I saw, the contract calls for money when they break ground.  They have a city attorney so lawyer bill is squelched, but is it really worth their time to sue a dead beat corp?
